UK ORDERING & SHIPPING

Orders received by 9am Monday will be dispatched by Wednesday with DPD on a next working day service (or two day service to N Ireland). 

GB shipping is free for orders over £120 (or £7.50 below £120).

N Ireland shipping is free for orders over £250 (or £25.00 below £250).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We send all international orders with DHL on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.

Delivery is charged at cost, with the customer being responsible for any customs clearances and duties.

International orders will only be roasted and dispatched once full payment has been received.

Once full payment has been received the order will then be added to the next roast / dispatch cycle.

We can't take any responsibility or offer refunds in the event of delays at customs / returns, as once the coffee leaves us this is totally outside of our control.
